- I am a Bicolano by birth and choice. By any standards, I am a slow runner but I like it that way. I look at running as a healthy and exciting way to make a difference. Together with my fellow runners from our family, school, office, and the community, we use running to give back.

My brother Nonoy
declared one early December morning that he would like to host a birthday party
for Marcel on the 31st of December.
It is the 14th birthday of my son.

ASICS CUMULUS 14: New Year, New Shoes
Thanks to the Php 5,000 check, which
was one of the rewards for my 10 years of service in First Balfour, I was able
to acquire a new pair of running shoes.
