May 25, 1983. This is the date that the Executive Runners
Club Phil., Inc. was registered as a corporate entity with the Securities and
Exchange Commission. It was the result of the meeting of the minds of a group
of young business people who had just finished their first-ever marathon. |

On the last day of July I had the good fortune of attending
the Blogger’s Dinner for the 2013 Men’s Health Urbanathlon. My attendance is courtesy of an email invite
