DECEMBER 31, 2012: Marcel’s 14th Birthday

My brother Nonoy declared one early December morning that he would like to host a birthday party for Marcel on the 31^st of December.  It is the 14^th birthday of my son.

RIZAL DAY RUN : December 30, 2012

The Bicolano Penguin joined fellow 83neans Ernie and Bob together with 200+  passionate  runners in the 4^th edition of the Rizal Day Run last December 30. 

LSD : A Long, Slow Distance Run on the 1st day of the Year

Here in the Philippines, we have a saying with regard the 1^st day of the year. What you do on this day, you will do the rest of the year.

ASICS CUMULUS 14: New Year, New Shoes

Thanks to the Php 5,000 check, which was one of the rewards for my 10 years of service in First Balfour, I was able to acquire a new pair of running shoes.
