I am a Bicolano by birth and choice. By any standards, I am a slow runner but I like it that way. I look at running as a healthy and exciting way to make a difference. Together with my fellow runners from our family, school, office, and the community, we use running to give back.

EmoticonThere was a sighting of the row5runnin shirt  at the 7th edition of the Tagaytay to Nasugbu (T2N) 50-km ultra yesterday.

Three 83nean   ultra runners wore it:  Ernie , Fards and the Bicolano Penguin.  Fards was on his comeback ultra, after getting injured in December 2012.  Ernie was out there to keep company his high school buddy. While the BP guided a fellow TBR  Dream Marathon alumni on his first taste of an ultra marathon.

What is next for the r5r shirt?  Do I hear “S...” or “L...” or “V...”?Emoticon
