My photo
I am a Bicolano by birth and choice. By any standards, I am a slow runner but I like it that way. I look at running as a healthy and exciting way to make a difference. Together with my fellow runners from our family, school, office, and the community, we use running to give back.

POSTER BOY & NEWS GIRL

EmoticonTwo of Bicolano Penguin’s running buddies were on print recently.

Lake Bato Ultra participant Brando Bueno of Rinconada is one of the poster boys of the ongoing  Mayon 360 publicity campaign. His half-naked running form is on full display in a poster which cries out the question “Aram mo daw?”

TBR Dream Marathoner Iya Pe of First Balfour is included in the article supplement which graced both Philippine Daily Inquirer (page 3) and Philippine Star (page F-3)  last Sunday. The photo of her sprint finish in Nuvali is among the handful of pictures.

We are all happy and proud to see our comrades-in-sole bring elan to the printed world of local running.Emoticon
